Launching of Structured Warrants
Dear i*Trade@CIMB customers, Equity Derivatives Group of CIMB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to introduce to you CIMB Bank Berhad's ("CIMB Bank") latest 8 structured warrants as below:-
· European Style Non-Collateralised Cash-Settled Call Warrants over ordinary shares of KPJ Healthcare Berhad ("KPJ-CD"), WCT Berhad ("WCT-CE"), Sunway Berhad ("SUNWAY-CA"), Affin Holdings Berhad ("AFFIN-CF"), Berjaya Corporation Berhad ("BJCORP-CF"), Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad ("KLK-CM"), Sime Darby Berhad ("SIME-CO") and Toyota Motor Corporation ("TOYOTA-C5")
which are expected to be listed on Bursa Securities on 5 September 2011.
This latest launch is based on the new market making framework where CIMB Bank has been registered as the Market Maker. The time-to-market of structured warrants would be reduced significantly from 9 market days to 1 market day.
