IMPORTANT NOTICE – TRANSACTIONS AND TRADE ORDERS WITH OR INVOLVING SPECIFIED PERSONS

Dear CGS-CIMB customers, |

We wish to inform that as part of CGS-CIMB’s on-going enhancement and further strengthening the controls to facilitate adherence to the regulatory requirement in relation to transactions with or involving Specified Persons, with immediate effect, trade orders relating to those companies listed on Bursa Malaysia’s Recognised Stock Exchanges (“Affected Companies”) which are currently known to CGS-CIMB to be involving Specified Persons, will not be accepted for trading (online and offline) via CGS-CIMB Securities Sdn. Bhd. |

Specified Person means: |
-
the State of Israel, its governmental organization, authority, agency;
|
-
any person who is a citizen, permanent residents domiciled or corporation incorporated or unincorporated person formed in the State of Israel; or
|
-
any person owned or controlled, directly or indirectly by such Specified Persons above.
|
