Reminder on Timeline for the settlement of Purchase Contract

Dear CGS-CIMB Valued Customers, |

Please be reminded that according to the Rules of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (“Bursa Rules”), the cut-off time for payment by a buying client is by T+2, not later than 2.00 p.m. Hence, once you have made the payment within the stipulated time, please notify your dealer’s representative and provide a copy of the payment advice for verification. |

CGS-CIMB reserves the right to force sell the outstanding purchase contract to close off the position in accordance with Bursa Rules if we are not able to verify the payment made. |
