Description

Share Margin Financing is a standby, revolving personal lending facility secured by collaterals for the trading of shares on Bursa Malaysia.

Initial Public Offering (IPO) Pink Form Financing is a tailored credit facility extended to the company eligible employees to purchase the IPO shares that has been allocated to them by their employer during the listing exercise.

Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS) is a tailored credit facility extended to the eligible company employees to exercise their share option, which has been allocated to them by their employer.

Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) Financing is a secured loan calculated on a variable rate basis for the trading of REITs counter on Bursa Malaysia. Acceptable collaterals are cash, CIMB’s Fixed Deposit (FD) or acceptable REITs counters.

  • Wider range of acceptable collateral, i.e Cash/Fixed Deposit (MYR, SGD, HKD, USD, AUD, GBP, THB and JPY); Acceptable Quoted Shares (Bursa Malaysia, SGX, HKEx and US Markets (NYSE & NASDAQ)
  • High leverage of collateral: Cash / Fixed Deposit up to 2.5x; Quoted Shares up to 1.5x
  • Documentation fee of up to RM137.80* (waived for redemption case)
  • CDS account opening fee of RM10.60*
  • Stamping Fee
    · Principal Agreement – Ad valorem (0.5% of the facility limit)
    · Subsidiary Agreement – Nominal (RM10 each)
  • Rollover fee at 0.5% of outstanding facility amount per quarter - waived for first 12 months (if applicable)
  • CDS transfer fee: Absorbedup to 20 marginable Bursa counters (for redemption case only)
  • Margin of financing up to 80% of the IPO share price
  • Documentation fee of up to RM212*
  • CDS account opening fee of RM10.60*
  • Stamping Fee
    · Principal Agreement – Ad valorem (0.5% of the facility limit)
    · Subsidiary Agreement – Nominal (RM10 each)

  • Margin of financing up to 80% of market price
  • Acceptable counter : Main market
  • Documentation fee of up to RM212*
  • CDS account opening fee of RM10.60*
  • Disbursement fee of RM 84.80* (applicable to second drawdown onwards)
  • Stamping Fee
    · Principal Agreement – Ad valorem (0.5% of the facility limit)
    · Subsidiary Agreement – Nominal (RM10 each)
  • Margin of financing up to 70%
  • High leverage of collateral: Cash / Fixed Deposit up to 3.3x ; Acceptable REITs shares up to 2.3x
  • Documentation fee: Waived
  • CDS account opening fee of RM10.60*
  • CDS transfer fee: :Absorbed up to 10 marginable REITs counters (For redemption case only)
  • Rollover fee: Waived
  • Stamping Fee

Eligibility

  • Individual age between 21 to 70
  • Resident as defined in Financial Services Act 2013

Requirement

  • Share Financing application form
  • Photocopy of NRIC (Front & back)
  • Latest one (1) month salary slip; orlatest three (3) months savings account / latest three (3) months current account statement or its Islamic equivalents; or EA Form / Form B / Form BE; or latest EPF statement;
  • Latest margin account statement from your existing financier (Applicable for redemption case)
  • Share Financing application form
  • 2 copies of NRIC (Front & back)
  • Latest salary slip / BE or B form / EA form
  • Copy of Share Entitlement letter
  • Original Acceptance letter
